RIP Humans is an installation paying homage to Ayzaltus Salbalanjo, the ProtectHealer, a dual spirit forest protector character I invented a mythology for, after learning at 17 years old of my mother’s miscarriage after my birth. I imagine what this Lost Sibling would have became, would they be alive. I invent them as a spiritual being, protecting the forest around my grandparents’ childhood house.
RIP Humans was conceived in the first semester
of my BA Fine Arts, at Central Saint Martins.
